Result of General Meeting
Fuse 8 plc (AIM: FUZ8), the leading full service digital
marketing agency, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put
to Shareholders at today's General Meeting regarding the
acquisition of Delete Digital Marketing Limited ("the
Acquisition"), were duly passed.
Accordingly, 1,250,000 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("New
Ordinary Shares") issued in connection with the Acquisition are to
be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in the New Ordinary
Shares are expected to commence at 8.00am on 1 December 2010.
