   The Board of Foresight 2 VCT plc is pleased to announce the following 
Net Asset Values as at 30 June 2015:

Ordinary Shares                    57.8 
Planned Exit Shares                50.3 
Infrastructure Shares              91.2 
 
 
   Dividend Declaration 
 
   The Board has declared an interim dividend of 7.5p per Planned Exit 
Share which will be paid on 23 October 2015. The Shares will be quoted 
ex-dividend on 15 October 2015 and the record date for payment will be 
16 October 2015. 
 
   The Board has also declared an interim dividend of 2.5p per 
Infrastructure Share which will be paid on 4 December 2015. The Shares 
will be quoted ex-dividend on 26 November 2015 and the record date for 
payment will be 27 November 2015.
