The Company has been informed that on 21 March 2007 Mr Paul Thornton, a
non-executive director of the Company sold 150,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 255.5p per share. Mr Thornton remains interested in
389,600 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.74% of the Company's
issued share capital.
