Half Yearly Report - Temporary Suspension Announcement 
 
The Board of Foresight 5 VCT plc announces that it has temporarily suspended the 
company's shares pending the publication of its half yearly report. The half 
yearly report which was due to be published by 7am on 1 June 2011, which follows 
an earlier announcement of a substantial fall in net asset value, is expected to 
be published within the next 24 to 48 hours.
