       Connectivity with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China ("ICBC")



FPS today confirms that it has, through its Chinese joint venture vehicle
Jiangsu Electronic Payment Systems Co. Limited, established successful
integration of its payment system with the payment gateway of ICBC.

The integration has been achieved in line with FPS's indicative timetable set
out in the 2006 Full Year Results, and has been tested and verified on
deployment hardware.

Commenting on the successful integration, FPS Chief Executive Officer Ong Lay
Ann said "We are delighted to achieve this significant milestone with ICBC, the
largest commercial bank in China, and to do so within our published timetable.
It represents an important stage in the deployment of an effective and efficient
payment system within Jiangsu Province."
