Statement re share price movement

The board of Flowgroup notes the recent rise in its share price and confirms that it knows of no reason for this rise. Further to its announcement dated 10 April 2018 and following the recent completion of the sale of Flow Energy Limited ("FEL"), it remains the case that under all foreseeable scenarios following completion of the sale of FEL, the distribution to shareholders is expected to be GBPnil.
