The Company was notified on 6 May 2008 by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc that on 1 May
2008 they held 117,701,854 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("
Ordinary Shares") representing 10.99% of the total issued share capital and
total voting rights of the Company. The Ordinary Shares have direct voting
rights and are held by Goldman Sachs International, a wholly owned indirect
subsidiary of GS Inc, and are registered in the account CREPTEMP.
