Further to the Company's announcement of its entry into an agreement for the acquisition of the business and assets of WTD Consulting, Inc. ("WTD") on 22 November 2011 (the "Acquisition"), FFastFill Plc announces today that application has been made for the admission of 43,559,929 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM. These New Ordinary Shares comprise the 20,096,768 ordinary shares allotted to the sellers of WTD and the 23,463,161 ordinary shares allotted to institutional investors who participated in the vendor placing made in connection with the Acquisition.

It is expected that dealings in these New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, will commence on 2 December 2011.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital comprises 468,647,591 ordinary shares, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 468,647,591.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosures and Transparency Rules.
