Fundamental-e Investments Plc (the "Company" or "FEI")

Update



Further to the announcement made by the Company 29 June 2007 the Board is
pleased to announce that the final option to purchase the remaining part of the
Kilsyth site has now been exercised.  Details of the option are set out below:-



 - Property purchased is adjacent to the industrial premises of FEI's former
trading activity of Wilson & Garden

 - The purchase allows the re-development of the whole site for which the
Company has planning permission for 72 apartments

 - The exercise price of the option was #300,000


This now allows the development of the site to progress with the first step
being the demolition of the existing buildings on the site.

It is hoped that with the consent of the local authority that the demolition can
start in early October 2007.
