The Food & Drink Group plc (the "Group")

Change of Date of Results



The Food & Drink Group will now announce its preliminary results for the
Financial Year ending 29th September 2007 on Monday 28th January 2008.

The finance director continues to be on compassionate leave. Finalising the
annual results and audit in the absence of the finance director has taken longer
than anticipated and has identified a number of adjustments that need to be made
to the accounts to fully reflect the costs of the year.  These adjustments do
not affect the future cash flow of the business but will result in the pre tax
profits for the Financial Year being in the region of �0.6m.

The Group will fully update the market once the audit process has concluded on
28th January 2008.
