    Proposal to voluntarily wind up the Company 


    Further to the announcement made by the Company on 9 October 2008, a circular has been posted to shareholders (the "Circular") convening
an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") to be held on 5 December 2008 at which a resolution will be proposed to voluntarily wind up the
Company.

    Following the EGM, it is anticipated that the first interim distribution will be paid to shareholders in the week commencing 22 December
2008.


    Copies of the Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
