               Result of general meeting and delisting from AIM 
 
The Company announces that at its general meeting held earlier yesterday, all 
resolutions were duly passed. 
 
Accordingly, the cancellation of trading on AIM, which was conditional upon the 
consent of not less than 75 per cent of votes cast at the general meeting, will 
take effect and it is expected that cancellation will occur at 7.00 a.m. on 30 
December 2009.
