                           Acquisition of own shares 
 
The Company announces that on 14 December 2011, it acquired 600,000 ordinary 
shares in the capital of Eurovestech at a price of 9.167 pence per share for 
cancellation under the share buyback programme (the "Cancellation"); pursuant 
to the authority granted to it at the Annual General Meeting of the Company 
dated 22November 2011. Following the Cancellation, the Company will have a 
total of 330,950,000 ordinary shares in issue.
