The Board of Evolve announces that it yesterday posted to shareholders a circular (the "Circular") in relation to the proposed delisting of Evolve from trading on AIM and the proposed disposal of the business of St Helens Capital Partners LLP, further details of which were announced by the Company on 19 December 2012.
