                              DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

                           SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDINGS



The Board of EUKI announces that Renwick Haddow, Chairman of EUKI, has, today,
disposed of 2,079,324 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
representing 18.78% of the issued ordinary share capital of EUKI. He retains
135,676 Ordinary Shares, or 1.3% of the issued ordinay share capital.


In addition, today, Lauren George has disposed of her entire holding of
1,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.72% of the issued ordinary share
capital.


Deffan Financial Inc, a St. Vincent and the Grenadines based company, has
acquired the combined holding for a total consideration of #189,665.58 or 6.15p
per share and subsequently owns 3,079,324 Ordinary Shares in the Company
representing 28.5% of the issued share capital.


Renwick Haddow plans to step down as Chairman in due course to focus his
attention on his other business ventures.
