                            Director's Shareholdings


EUKI has today issued a total of 774,855 new ordinary shares at 5.5p per share
as payment of outstanding debts as follows:

As a result of this exercise, Mr Renwick Haddow will have a holding of 2,215,000
ordinary shares of 1p each, representing a holding of 21.53% of the enlarged
share capital, and Mr Richard Henstock will have a holding of 388,327 ordinary
shares of 1p each, representing a holding of 3.77% of the enlarged share
capital.
