                            Shareholding Notification

EUKI has today received notification under section 198 of the Companies Act 1985
that on 9 May 2005, following a transfer to Arc Fund Management Limited ("Arc")
of Ordinary shares in the Company on that date, Catalyst Investment Group
Limited are the beneficial owners of 3,358,467 shares, representing 37.90% of
the Company's issued share capital.
