Exercise of Options

Wasabi Energy Limited (ASX: WAS, AIM: WAS, OTCQX: WSBLY), advises that 294,048 options have been exercised at 0.8c each.

Application has been made for the 294,048 Ordinary Shares issued to be admitted to trading on the AIM market and admission is expected to take place on 18 September 2013.

Following admission of the above shares, the Company will have 3,718,467,758 Ordinary Shares of no par value in issue. The above figure of 3,718,467,758 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
