                         eServGlobal Shareholder Update


The Chairman was today delighted to report the following and that eServGlobal is
continuing its growth momentum and producing outstanding results in a number of
key areas.


"Strong sales and delivery activity in the first half will result in excellent
revenue achievement, currently outlooked at over AUD$17million, representing 50%
growth over the first half of FY04.



This month we went into live production with the first stage of Telecom New
Zealand's real-time convergent billing system, another successful milestone
achieved with a major CDMA mobile network operator.


Our partnership with Comverse continues to develop, however the pressure of new
customer contract activities, for both parities, has necessitated postponing
formal OEM contract negotiations to early 2005.  I look forward to reporting our
progress to you in the New Year.



In February 2005, we will be exhibiting our solutions at the prestigious 3GSM
World Congress in France, were the world's GSM mobile operators convene each
year for their major conference.



We have made strategic investment in establishing an engineering support
capability in India in the first half and this investment will continue through
to year end, as we gear up for long term engagement in the region.



Our London Stock Exchange AIM listing has been a great success, with over 12
million shares now held by major European investment institutions, as well as
major global investors.  Our share register is now more diverse and our trading
liquidity significantly improved, in both the ASX and LSE markets.



Market conditions in the global telecommunications industry are steady and, as
always, competition is intense.  However, we will enter the second half with a
strong revenue backlog and a healthy sales pipeline of new opportunities.  These
factors contribute to our continuing confidence of achieving revenue and profit
growth for the full year.
