The Company announces that it has today issued 590,814 ordinary shares pursuant
to the exercise of options in the Company, as follows:

567,480 ordinary shares at $A0.1973638 per share; and
23,334 ordinary shares at $A0.18 per share

These shares will rank pari passu in every respect with the existing ordinary
shares. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM and
trading is expected to commence on Friday 22 October.
