eServGlobal (AIM:ESG & ASX:ESV), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, announces that Stephen Blundell, Non-executive Director of the Company, is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect.

Mr Blundell joined eServGlobal in 2009, during his time with the Company he held the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, contributing to the company's transformation to a leading provider of mobile financial services in emerging markets. Mr Blundell stepped down from his executive duties in September 2015.

The Board wishes Mr Blundell well for the future.
