Anthony Gilbert appointed to Board of Directors

eServGlobal Limited (ASX:ESV & LSE:ESG), a specialised supplier of large-scale
Charging and Messaging software and services to international telecommunications
carriers, today announced the appointment of Mr. Anthony Gilbert to the Board of
Directors, as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Gilbert was formerly Group Strategic Resourcing Director at Vodafone PLC. He
joined Vodafone in April 2000 as Group Management Development Director, and was
appointed to the Group Policy Committee chaired by Sir Christopher Gent.  He was
the Global Leadership Development/Group Strategic Resourcing Director, from
2005. He was responsible for senior management recruitment and development and
supporting the Main Board's Nomination Committee in their identification and
appointment of non-executive directors.

Prior to Vodafone, Mr. Gilbert held positions at companies including: Ernst &
Young in the UK, the Netherlands and Belgium; UKAEA, where he was Head of IT
Strategy; and Tyzack and Partners. He holds an MA (Hons) in Natural Sciences
from Trinity College, Cambridge (UK), an MSc in Computer Sciences from London
University (UK) and an MBA from INSEAD (France).

Mr. Gilbert is also a Non-Executive Director of Beck & Pollitzer Ltd in the UK,
where he is a member of the Audit and Remuneration committees.
