                eServGlobal outlooks substantial revenue growth.

eServGlobal Limited (ASX:ESV & LSE:ESG), a worldwide supplier of independent and
flexible telecommunications Value Added Services for Messaging and Charging
solutions, today announced revenue guidance for the current fiscal year, ending
30 June 2006.

Strong sales and delivery activity in the second half is currently forecast to
produce a revenue achievement above AUD$93million, representing 140% growth over
the FY05 revenue achievement of AUD$38.8million and reflecting the larger size
of the company following the acquisition of Ferma SA in November 2005.


Corresponding growth in EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxation, Depreciation
and Amortisation) is expected, excluding costs associated with the Ferma
acquisition.


There are a number of assumptions included in the forecast, particularly in
regard to external project dependencies not fully under the control of
eServGlobal, which may reduce or increase the final result.  We will advise the
market if any significant changes occur.

together with our customers' positive response to new technology areas such as
