eServGlobal and Comverse sign OEM Agreement.

eServGlobal finalises agreement with the world's largest telecommunications
messaging software company.

As previously foreshadowed, eServGlobal Limited (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), a
worldwide supplier of enhanced services software for telecommunications
carriers, today reports that the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) agreement
with Comverse was signed over the weekend. The agreement provides for the supply
of eServGlobal software and services as components of Comverse delivered
solutions.

Comverse, a unit of Comverse Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMVT), and the world's
leading supplier of software and systems enabling network-based multimedia
enhanced communication services, will incorporate eServGlobal's specialized IN
(Intelligent Networking) software products into solutions for new and existing
customers.
