Investment Manager dealing

Eredene today announces that on 22 August 2014, Mr. Raju Shukla, Chairman and Managing Director of Ocean Dial Asset Management Limited, the Investment Manager of the Company, purchased 62,644,961 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 3 pence per Ordinary Share from Ruffer LLP.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Shukla's interest of 62,644,961 Ordinary Shares in the Company, represents 25.44% per cent of the Company's total voting rights. Following the transaction, Ruffer LLP no longer holds any Ordinary Shares in the Company.
