Changes in Nominated Adviser, Director, Company Secretary and Registered Office of the Company

Today the Company announces the following changes:

Nominated Adviser

The appointment of Grant Thornton UK LLP as Nominated Adviser ("NOMAD") to the Company with immediate effect. Numis Securities Limited has stood down as NOMAD to the Company but will be retained as Corporate Broker.

Director and Company Secretary

As part of the handover of the management of the Company to Ocean Dial Asset Management Limited, Gary Varley will resign from his position as Finance Director and Company Secretary on 18 March 2014. As previously announced, he will continue to be engaged as a consultant until 31 March 2014. Gary Varley was one of the founding Directors of Eredene Capital and the Company would like to thank him for his vital contribution in building the business. Ocean Dial Asset Management Limited will be appointed as Company Secretary on 18 March 2014.

Registered Office

With immediate effect the registered office of the Company will be Cayzer House, 30 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6NN.
