    Resignation of Chairman

    The Board of Equable announces the resignation of Nicholas Jeffrey as Chairman of the Company, to take effect immediately.

    Desmond Bloom, the Chief Executive Officer, will now assume the role of Chairman and serve in both capacities for the time being.
