                  Cancellation of Admission to Trading on AIM



On 14 September 2007 a recommended cash offer (the "Offer") by Optimisa plc ("
Optimisa") to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of eq was
announced.  Optimisa subsequently announced on 21 September 2007 that the offer
document containing the full terms and conditions of the Offer had been posted
to eq Shareholders.

On 12 October 2007, the first closing date of the Offer, Optimisa announced that
the Offer was unconditional as to acceptances. Today, 19 October 2007, Optimisa
announced that all of the conditions of the Offer had been satisfied or waived
and, accordingly, the Offer was declared unconditional in all respects.

The Board of eq announces that application is being made to the London Stock
Exchange for the cancellation of the admission to trading in its ordinary shares
on AIM.  If the cancellation occurs, it would significantly reduce the liquidity
and marketability of any eq Shares not assented to the Offer at that time and
the value of such eq Shares may be adversely affected as a consequence. It is
anticipated that the cancellation will take effect from 7 a.m. on 19 November
2007, being not less than 20 business days following the date of this
announcement, with the last clear day of trading on 16 November 2007.
