eq group, the AIM quoted marketing services group, announces that Mr Michael
Waterhouse has retired from its board with effect from today, Friday 12 May
2006. Michael joined the board in April 2000 when the Company floated on AIM and
has made a significant contribution to the governance of the group over the last
six years. The board would like to take this opportunity to thank Michael for
his assistance throughout this period and to wish him well for the future.
