Related Party Debt Update 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Further to the announcements of July 16, August 6, September 11, September 22 
and October 22, 2009, the Company announces that it has been advised that the 
conditions to the receipt of the funds relating to the US$54 million debt (the 
"Funds") due to it by certain related party debtors have still not been 
satisfied. 
 
 
However, the Company has been given assurances by the related party debtors that 
these conditions will be satisfied shortly and hence the Directors of the 
Company remain confident that the Funds will be paid before the end of the year. 
 
 
Under these circumstances, the Company's annual accounts for the year ended 31 
December 2008 and interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2009 and 
related documents (together "the Accounts") will remain subject to delay until 
after receipt of the Funds by the Company, and, as a result, the Company's 
shares will remain temporarily suspended from trading on AIM.  The Company is 
very much aware that, should it fail to publish the Accounts by the year end, it 
may be mandatorily delisted, pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules.
