                       Resignation of nominated adviser

The board of Emmit announces that it has been notified that the Company's
nominated adviser, Cairn Financial Advisers LLP, will resign as nominated
adviser to the Company effective from 8 August 2014.

If a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed by 8 August 2014, the
Company's shares will be suspended pursuant to AIM Rule 1. If within one month
of that suspension the Company has failed to appoint a replacement nominated
adviser, the admission of the Company's securities will be cancelled from AIM.
