Completion of Firm Placing and Open Offer

Following the admission of 100,665,458 New Ordinary Shares (comprising 88,333,334 Firm Placing Shares and 12,332,124 Offer Shares) to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 10 September 2012, the Company is pleased to announce completion of the Firm Placing and Open Offer.

Following completion of the Firm Placing and Open Offer, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company is 399,581,838 Ordinary Shares, each with voting rights attached (one per Ordinary Share).

The above figure of 399,581,838 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

All capitalised terms in this announcement have the same definition as defined in the circular to shareholders dated 17 August 2012 unless stated otherwise.
