Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange ("AIM") for a listing on 20,284 Ordinary Shares of 1p each to be
admitted to trading.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue, have been allotted in connection with the acquisition of 20,284 shares in
SBG Companies Limited.


Admission to trading on AIM is expected on 2 July 2007
