                 Payment of Additional Deferred Consideration                  

Ekay PLC, a leading regional advertising and marketing services agency, today
announces that pursuant to the acquisition of WFCA Integrated Limited,
announced on 14 March 2008 and completed on 4 April 2008, the Company has paid
�404,804 of additional deferred consideration to the vendors. As per the terms
of the Acquisition Agreement the additional consideration was paid following
the utilisation of certain tax credits available to WFCA, thereby contributing
to the Net Asset Value of WFCA as at 4 April 2008 being in excess of �500,000.
