                                Issue of Equity


The Board of the Company announces that following the exercise of options by
employees, pursant to the EMI Share Option Scheme, 136,100 ordinary shares of 1p
each have been issued and allotted at an exercise price of 2.1 per share.


Accordingly, an application has been made for 136,100 new Ordinary Shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on
11 April 2008.


The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of 1p each. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the
Company will increase to 155,933,675. All of these shares carry voting rights.
