HAREWOOD STRUCTURED INVESTMENT PCC LIMITED (the "Company")

in respect of its ENHANCED INCOME CELL (the "Cell")

The Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) wish to announce that a proposal (the Proposal) to bring the redemption date of the Redeemable Preference Shares forward from 4 May 2108 to 15 September 2014 (the Redemption Date), was put to the shareholders of the Company and the Cell on 6 August 2014.

If shareholders approve the Proposal, application will be made to the Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority Limited to delist the Redeemable Preference Shares of the Cell from the Official List of the Exchange.
