CORRECTION: The announcement made on the 31 July 2007 (1105, Number:
HUG1143042) was incorrect, because it stated that the total number of
voting rights in the Company was 29,517,424. The announcement should
have stated that the actual number of Ordinary Shares with voting
rights was 29,512,399. Despite this, the Company today puchased and
cancelled 20,327 Ordinary Shares, which means the issued share
capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 29,492,072,
having ammended previous errors.

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional
provision 6, Eclipse VCT 3 plc (the "Company") would like to notify
the market that the capital of the Company consists of 29,492,072
Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 10p each, with voting rights.

The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
29,492,072 (the "Figure").

The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
