Statement re Suspension

As set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 6 December 2010, the Shares of the Company have today been suspended from trading on AIM ahead of the First General Meeting of the Company to be held later today and the implementation of the recommended Proposals for the reconstruction and winding up of the Company.

Subject to the Scheme becoming effective on 17 January 2011, the admission of the Shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled on 18 January 2011.
