Board Change

Da Vinci CIS Private Sector Growth Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that
Mr Colin Smith has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with
immediate effect, to enable him to focus fully on his recent appointment as
Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Raven Russia. The Board would
like to thank Colin for his contribution to the Company and wish him well for
the future.
