DEEP-SEA LEISURE PLC ("DEEP-SEA LEISURE" OR THE "COMPANY")


The Board of Deep-Sea Leisure announced on 21 December 2004 that it had been
informed by its controlling shareholder, Net-Ein SA ("Net-Ein"), that Net-Ein
was in discussions with certain minority shareholders about the possibility of
increasing its holding in the Company by acquiring their shareholdings.  The
announcement also stated that, were agreement to be reached, this might or might
not lead to an offer being made for all of the outstanding Deep-Sea Leisure
shares not already held by Net-Ein.

Deep-Sea Leisure announces that it has now been informed that Net-Ein has been
unable to reach agreement with the minority shareholders referred to with regard
to the price at which Net-Ein would acquire their Deep-Sea Leisure shares.
Discussions between Net-Ein and the minority shareholders have, as a result,
terminated.
