NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 
                                    ("PDMRs") 
 
Delta plc announces the following transactions by PDMRs in the Company's 
ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares"). 
 
On 28 April 2010, awards (structured as market value options) that vested on the 
same date when the offer by Valmont Industries Pty Ltd ("Valmont") became 
unconditional in all respects were exercised under the terms of and pursuant to, 
the rules of the Delta Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP"). 
 
The Remuneration Committee has determined that following exercise and in lieu of 
the issue or transfer of Shares to satisfy the options and awards, it would make 
cash payments, determined using a value of 185p per Share, the price offered by 
Valmont.
