Landfinance Ltd was incorrect.

The full text of the revised announcement is as follows:

Dipford Group plc announces that it was notified on 20 September 2006 that, on
that date, Landfinance Ltd. purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in
Dipford Group and now holds a total of 1,871,000 ordinary shares which
represents 16.10 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
