IN SPECIE DISTRIBUTION

At the annual general meeting of the Company held on 7 March, 2018 the Company was authorised by its shareholders to distribute in specie its holdings of shares (the "Holdings") in Eurovestech plc ("EVT") and The Local Shopping REIT plc ("LSR").

The Company announces that it will on or around 26 March, 2018 distribute the Holdings to shareholders pro rata to their holdings of shares in the Company as at close of business on Friday, 23 March, 2018 (the "Record Date") by way of an in specie transfer of the Holdings on the Record Date.

The shares in each of EVT and LSR will be delivered free of payment to the CREST account of each shareholder in which they currently hold their shares in the Company. No fractions of shares in EVT or LSR will be issued, so the number of shares in EVT and LSR to be transferred to each shareholder will be rounded to the nearest whole number of shares.
