The Board of Dowgate Capital plc (the "Company") the AIM quoted financial 
services group focused on smaller companies, received notification on 16 April 
2009 that, as a result of a sale of ordinary shares in the Company on 15 April 
2009, Peter Webb has sold his entire interest of 3,616,794 ordinary shares, 
which represents approximately 9.16 per cent. of the total voting rights of the 
Company. 
 
In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules, the Company's issued share capital is comprised as follows:
