Additional Listing

The Company is pleased to announce that a total of 545,456 new ordinary shares have today been subscribed for by T1PS Small Companies Growth Fund for consideration of GBP60,000 (the "Subscription"). The Subscription is in accordance with the Deferred Warrant instrument entered in to on 11 November 2010.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 545,456 new shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 17 June 2011.

Following this allotment the Company will have

70,282,221 shares in issue.
