Dresdner RCM Endowment Policy Trust 2003 plc announces

that on 27th November 2002 it re-purchased, for cancellation,

75,000 Ordinary 10p Shares (representing

0.25% of the issued Ordinary capital), at the

price of 208.5p per Ordinary Share.

Settlement and cancellation of the re-purchased 75,000

Ordinary Shares is due on 2nd December 2002 when

the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 29,335,248 Ordinary

10p Shares.
