Director shareholding

The Company was notified on Monday 9 May 2011 Colin Kingsnorth, Director, transferred his total holding of 168,570 Ordinary Shares in the Company to Laxey Partners Ltd.

Colin Kingsnorth is a co-founder and a beneficial owner of Laxey Partners Ltd ("Laxey"). Further to the tender offer, which completed this week, Laxey, together with funds managed by Laxey, holds 137,716,210 Ordinary Shares, 82.46% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
