    US$ Redemption Price
    The Board of Dexion Alpha Strategies Limited (the "Company") announces that the Redemption Price in respect of valid acceptances of the
Redemption Offer to US$ Shareholders will be US$1.8763 per US$ Share.  
    The Redemption Price has been calculated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Redemption Offer as set out in the Circular
to US$ Shareholders dated 1 April 2008.  The Redemption Offer Calculation Date for the purposes of determining the Redemption Price was 30
June 2008. The attributable costs and expenses incurred by the Company in implementing the Redemption Offer and deducted from Redemption NAV
for the purposes of calculating the Redemption Price was equivalent to approximately 0.68 per cent. of Redemption NAV.
    Settlement of the consideration for US$ Shares redeemed under the Redemption Offer is expected to occur on 31 July 2008.
