In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Dexion Alpha Strategies Limited (the
"Company") announces that Mr Rupert Dorey, a non-executive director, has
informed the Company of his appointment to the Board of Saltus European Debt
Strategies Limited with effect from 20 June 2007, the date the Company had been
admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.


There have been no other changes to the information set out in Listing 
Rule 9.6.13R (2) to 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Dorey.
