Dexion Alpha Strategies Limited ("DASL") - Investor Conference Call

An analyst and investor conference call will take place at 16.00 hours (GMT) on
Tuesday, 1 May 2007 where RMF Investment Management, Investment Adviser to DASL,
will discuss recent investment performance by strategy, detailing the main
return drivers.  There will be a specific focus on the special situations
strategy followed by a section on investment outlook and portfolio positioning.
The agenda and speakers (biographies below) are as follows:

Biographies

John Angell

Mr. Angell is a portfolio manger, a member of the RMF Management Committee and
is the RMF Business Head for the UK. Prior to joining RMF, John was at Schroder
Investment Management for 14 years, latterly as Head of UK Equity Product and
senior UK Equity Fund Manager, where he was responsible for the management of
Schroders' UK equity team. He was a member of the Global Investor Group
Executive Committee, responsible for the management of Schroders' global
investment business and the UK Management Committee. Mr. Angell also established
Schroders' South African fund management business and was its Managing Director
for two years from 1998. Mr. Angell holds an MA degree in Engineering
(Manufacturing Engineering Tripos) from Emmanuel College, Cambridge. He is a
member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals (UKSIP).

Edwin Garcia

Mr. Garcia is a portfolio manager with RMF Investment Management based in
London. He manages a variety of RMF's diversified and focused fund of fund
portfolios. Prior to joining RMF in April 2005, Mr Garcia was a research analyst
within Man Investments Ltd, the asset management division of Man Group plc whom
he joined in April 1999. There he produced industry & competitor analysis
materials for the MI Executive Board, and Man's global sales and client
networks. Prior to this, he worked as a performance analyst and investment
writer. Mr. Garcia received a joint honours Bachelor of Social Science degree in
Economics & Geography from the University of Birmingham and in 2003 became a CFA
Charterholder.

Marcus Vaughan

Mr. Vaughan heads RMF's event driven team and is the co-portfolio manager of RMF
Event Driven Strategies, RMF Distressed Strategies, and RMF Special Situations.
He is also a qualitative analyst in the hedge fund investment management team of
RMF Investment Management, based in London. Prior to joining RMF Investment
Management in 2002, he spent a year with the Royal Bank of Scotland as a senior
corporate finance manager in their structured finance division, working on MBOs
and LBOs. He previously worked for Regent Associates, a corporate finance
boutique specialising in the TMT market, as an associate director, where he
worked on private equity fund-raisings and mergers and acquisitions
transactions. Mr. Vaughan started his career with the Royal Bank of Scotland on
their graduate trainee trading programme, and traded government bonds and repos
on their fixed income desk for 4 years. Mr. Vaughan received his degree in
Economics, accounting and finance from the University of Manchester, England in
1993 and received his MBA in finance from the London Business School, England in
1998.
